Troubleshooting:
Enable pairing mode
Ensure that the device is in pairing mode. You should be able to detect it on another Bluetooth host such as a laptop or cellphone.
Confirm bluetooth functionality
Double-check that the device is advertised as a Bluetooth device, not a generic wireless device. No USB dongle should be needed.
Replace the batteries
Replace the batteries of the device or make sure it is fully charged.
