When contacting support, please include the following information:

  • logs\streaming_log.txt from the Steam folder on the host computer
  • logs\steamlink_debug.txt from the Steam folder on the host computer (to update this file, go to the System menu on the Steam Link, click the "Save debug logs" button, then start streaming)

Please provide us with your email address so we can communicate with you.
Look on the bottom of the Steam Link to locate the serial number and enter it below.
Including the serial number is not required, but will help us resolve your issue more efficiently.
The serial number starts with F and is 10 characters long.
